Shipping policy
Australian Orders
All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel. Delivery time is estimated between 1-7 business days after dispatch depending on your address and shipping method. Regional addresses have a longer delivery time than metro areas.
We offer free Standard delivery on all Australian orders $149 and over. Orders under $149 incur a flat rate fee of $10. Express shipping can be upgraded for $15.
In the event signature on delivery is waived/not chosen, we will not be liable for replacing, crediting or refunding missing parcels.
International Orders (Excluding USA)
All orders are sent via Australia Post International Standard. Delivery time is estimated between 7-20 business days depending on your location and customs procedures.

We offer free international shipping for orders $350 and over.
We are not responsible for replacing or refunding missing parcels.
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged before delivery. If you are subject to charges, this is not the responsibility of Roccoco Botanicals to pay, we have no control over these charges. Please contact the local authorities in your country to find out if fees are applicable.
In the event the parcel is not able to be imported into the country, Roccoco will refund the customer once the parcel is returned minus the costs the customer or Roccoco has been charged for shipping.
Payment
Some companies may charge a fee for international orders. Please note Roccoco is not liable for these charges.
